GETTING MARRIED AT THE DOME
Are you recently engaged and looking for a unique venue to celebrate your Wedding?
The Dome opened in 1911, and is one of Britain’s oldest cinemas. The building boasts vintage décor and original features making it a classic choice of venue in Worthing to say "I Do."
Our function rooms are spread across 3 levels, and have recently been refurbished. We are fully licenced to hold weddings for up to 60 people in the Atrium, and up to 150 people in the Main Lounge.
THE ROOMS
The Atrium
Spanning two levels, you have the lower atrium welcoming your guests with drinks from the bar, before ascending the wooden staircase to take a seat amongst expansive 360 degree views of Worthing. Then, all eyes are on you as your guests celebrate your special wedding ceremony.
The Atrium holds up to 60 people, perfect for those who want a more intimate wedding with their family & friends.

The Main Lounge
Enjoy your Wedding Breakfast in the recently redecorated Main Lounge, re-painted to accentuate the vintage and ornate décor of the ceiling and pillars, and has its own newly refurbished bar. The ideal setting for styling your wedding to your dream theme.
Situated on the first floor of the Dome building, the Main Lounge has near floor to ceiling windows leading to a south-facing balcony, perfect for even more views & photo opportunities.
Holding up to 150 people, or 90 for a sit-down meal, the Main Lounge can be rearranged ready for the Evening Reception guests to continue celebrating your special day into the night.

Please note; the bar requires a deposit, and access to the Balcony is time limited to 23:00pm.
*Our agreement is room hire and bar only, and we are not responsible for any other vendors within the agreement with the party hiring the room. Our recommendations are only for experienced suppliers who have worked with our venue before. You are welcome to source your own preferred vendors for key aspects of your day such as catering, DJs and more. We are happy to clarify what is possible with our amazing space.

Throughout the process and planning, our Events team will be on hand to offer support and guidance. On the day, events coordinators can assist with set-up of the room, be on hand to greet and guide suppliers and later, we can be on hand to greet your guests.
