From the Grove Lodge roundabout (A27/A24):-
▪ Follow the A24 to High Street/Lyndhurst Road Roundabout
(A24/A259) – 1.6 miles
▪ Follow A259 along High Street to Steyne Gardens – 0.2 miles
▪ Follow road around the side of Steyne Gardens towards
Seafront
▪ Turn right onto Marine Parade and The Dome is situated in 0.1 miles on your right

VENUE ACCESS & INFORMATION

  • Atrium: x60

    Main Lounge:  x150 (standing) and 90 (max) for sit-down meal

  • Please fill out the form above and we'll be in touch asap

  • Yes, but only to the first floor. There is no lift to the lower and upper Atrium (in The Dome)

  • Situated on Worthing seafront by the Pier, The Dome is in a prime location for visitors to the town. Please see How To Find Us above.

  • Unfortunately, we have limited parking available. On the event day, we can provide 2 car parking spaces for suppliers (e.g. Caterers & DJ).

  • Yes, we have internet access available should you need it for your corporate event. Please speak to a member of the events team.

  • The function space will be exclusive to one group only unless told otherwise, however, the Cinema will still be open as usual. The Events Team will provide signage to notify patrons of Private Event

  • Please email contact@domeevents.co.uk and provide the following information:-

    • Preference of dates for event

    • Preference of day of the week

    • Estimated no. of Guests

  • Booking is completed via email, a contract will be sent to you for review and signature. Once fully signed, you will receive an invoice for payment of the deposit to secure the booking.

WEDDINGS & CEREMONY DETAILS

  • Upper Atrium is licensed for up to 60 guests

    Main Lounge licensed for up to 150 guests

  • If you would like your dog to attend your ceremony, we can allow this, however, they are not permitted to stay for the whole event.

  • Yes, but must be biodegradable/natural and can only be thrown on the balcony.

  • Yes, please discuss with the Events Team in advance. A timeslot for photos can be confirmed on the week of the event depending on cinema film times.

PLANNING & LOGISTICS

  • We can support early set up ahead of the hire time, please agree a suitable time with Events Manager.

  • Yes, however, please bear in mind that we do not have suitable fridge space to store the cake.

  • You can collect any leftover belongings the next day following your event. Please agree a pick-up time with the Events team in advance.

  • Unfortunately, no naked flames are allowed as part of the decor

  • Yes, upon request, however we do ask for a fee towards the dry cleaning depending on the number of tables.

  • Glassware - Yes

    Cutlery & Crockery - no - however this can be supplied by a Caterer.

ENTERTAINMENT & TIMING

  • Unfortunately not, due to the cinema screen situated below the function room, however acoustic singers are allowed.

  • Bar closes and music is switched off at 23:30pm.

  • The Balcony doors will need to be closed by 23:00pm.

CATERING, BAR & PACKAGES

  • No, however we have a number of Caterers we can recommend! Please see Planning & Logistics above.

  • There will be a £15pp deposit that will need to be paid upfront six weeks prior to the wedding or event. This can be put towards welcome drinks, bottles on each table or a tab behind the bar. Or, you can have a paying bar and if your guests reach the minimum spend deposit amount on the day of your event, the deposit will then be refunded back to you.

  • Yes, if alcohol is not purchased via the Dome for the event, we charge £10.00 corkage per bottle.

  • Yes, if you have specific beverages in which you know will be drunk at the event we can order these in for you.

  • 1 bar in the Main Lounge with 2 bartenders (max)

    1 bar in the Atrium with 2 bartenders (max) if required
